Dairy Free Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup melted refined coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your dairy free milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 tsp lecithin granules

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix for a minute
  2. Pour into container
  3. Set in fridge for a few hours until it solidifies
  4. Enjoy!
