A friend of mine was ranting and raving about this recipe while she was traveling in Maui. I finally decided to make it and it is great! It isn't overly sweet, which I really like. It is super healthy too which makes it even more enjoyable! I would recommend this to parents looking for a healthy dessert for their kiddies. It is full of healthy fats! Enjoy!
- 4 avocados
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients into a food processor and blend.
- Top with fruit and if you want to be fancy, some chocolate shavings.
Makes serving for 6
