Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
I have become obsessed with chia seeds! I add them to whatever I can...cereal, pancakes, smoothies, cake batter, etc. I love how chia pudding is so healthy and can be so delicious! Cocoa is one of the best antioxidants you can put into your body so this breakfast recipe is a super healthy way to start your day. My favorite food combo is chocolate and peanut butter so this is a fav. Sometimes I eat this at night too as a dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 3 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs organic maple syrup or local honey
Put all ingredients in jar, stir, put lid on, shake shake shake (As Taylor Swift says) and then put in fridge for 4 hours or overnight! Will turn into a pudding! Super healthy, super delicious!
