Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 6 tbs chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 chocolate bar melted
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Add the raspberries and one cup almond milk to blender to combine. Pour into container and add 3 tbs chia seeds. Set aside in contained for at least 4 hours or overnight in fridge.
Melt the chocolate in a pot and when melted add one cup of almond milk. When it cools add 3 tbs of chia seeds. Set aside in container for at least 4 hours or overnight in fridge.
When preparing to serve, divide the two and place in serving jar or dish. Enjoy!
