Mint Chocolate Chia Brownie
I love chocolate. I love mint. Perfect brownie and couldn't be easier to make! Dairy-free and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Combine all ingredients and put into brownie dish. Bake for 25min on 350 degrees.
