Peanut Butter Flax Energy Bites
Peanut butter, honey, chocolate, coconut... how can you resist! I was looking for a quick and easy energy ball to eat in the afternoon when I am starting to get HANGRY! These are so filling and so healthy! ...oh and also, super duper easy to make! Bonus!
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Mix together the oats, flaxseed, coconut and chocolate chips.
- Add in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Chill in the fridge for 45 minutes
- Roll into bite size balls
- Eat!
