Blueberry Smoothie
There are only a few food items I miss from the States living here in Holland. At the top of that list is a variety of CEREAL! I LOVE cereal! I could eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then dessert! To deal with this issue I have decided to move to smoothies for breakfast! This smoothie is super healthy and delicious. You can't taste the spinach with all the other goodies. I throw this all in my bullet, gulp it down, and head out the door!
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs agave syrup
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix. Enjoy!
